This is a series I started in response to the cultural prevalence of disordered eating, body discontent, and lack of health. I wanted to look at things my mom did that helped my sister and I develop a healthy view of food and our bodies.

1. Introduction: What It’s All About

2. Sewing as a Way to Teach Healthy Body Image

3. Giving Children a Healthy Relationship with Food

4. The Link Between Cows and Hamburgers: The Importance of Knowing Where Food Comes From

5. How We Look at (Photoshopped) Images
